The hotel had a simple and classy room decor, but there were a few bugs in the electricity that were promptly addressed by the maintenance team. Sadly, the room was infested with ants, making it uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.

I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel, especially because of the stunning view of the Museum of the Future at night from my room, thanks to Rose at the front desk. The rooms are beautifully curated and fabulous. However, some minor issues, like the missing remote battery, dampened the experience a bit. The friendly service, particularly from the housekeeping team, was commendable, although there were some lapses in professionalism. Location-wise, being in the vibrant area in view of the Museum of the Future was a definite standout, but it was not the most practical spot. The dining options were delightful, especially the variety available, making it a rich and tasty experience.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, with beautifully illuminated views of the Museum of the Future at night. Rose from the front desk was exceptionally helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms is top-notch, making for a pleasant stay. However, the service could be more attentive at times, especially when it comes to being proactive in assisting guests.

The hotel is located just in front of the Museum of the Future in a very dynamic area of Dubai, making it a great spot for business travelers. The rooms are extremely clean with some gorgeous touches, providing a nice experience. The service is on point with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience is amazing, offering a good selection of dishes. However, it was a bit disappointing that the staff didn’t seem interested in addressing inconveniences, and there were conflicting checkout information provided. The location is fantastic, right in Downtown Dubai with friendly staff. Overall, a very nice stay with some exceptional highlights and minor drawbacks.
